Clever Logger has a web-based interface (like online banking or Facebook). The first step is to jump on and create your organisation’s online account.

The gateway is the connection between your loggers and the internet, so our next step is to get the gateway set up and connected to the internet.

Once the gateway is connected to the internet, we can connect to the loggers, configure them, and set up alarms and reports.

What happens if the power goes out?

Even if the power or internet drops out, the CleverLogger keeps right on logging on its internal memory. As soon as the connection is restored, the saved data will be automatically uploaded.

How scalable is Clever Logger?

Clever Logger can be used by any sized organisation – from a small pharmacy with one fridge to a chain of hospitals, each with dozens of fridges. Reports and alerts can be centralised or distributed to individual sites as required.

Where do I get the app?

The app is free and available for iOS and Android.

How long is the warranty?

Clever Logger products are robust and high quality. We provide full support and warranty them against failure.

How far can the loggers be from the gateway?

Clever Logger Loggers use Bluetooth technology to transmit their data to the Gateway. Many factors can affect the range that this transmission can travel.

What do the colours mean on Clever Logger panels?
