Clever Logger users have the ability to create multiple organisations that they can access from a single login. This is ideal for those users that operate multiple organisations and want to easily flick between each one.
What is the benefit of having multiple Organisations?
Having access to multiple Organisations will allow a User to easily separate their different businesses whilst still receiving any critical alerts.
Users in multiple Organisations can easily switch back and forth to monitor their various Locations and can assign specific Users to each Organisation.
Great! How do I create another Organisation?
Go to account settings
Once you are signed in, click on your Name at the bottom left corner to head into account settings.
Go to My Organisations
Click on My Organisations at the bottom of the list.
Create Organisation
In the top right corner there is a green button that says Create Organisation, click this to begin setting up a new Organisation and follow the prompts.
At the end, click on the green button at the bottom Create Organisation.
Your new Organisation has now been set up and you can begin inviting new specific Users, adding devices and setting up reports.
Extra Tip: Switching between Organsations
To switch between Organisations, simply click on the top left corner of the Organisation you are currently in and you will see a list of different Organisations that you have access to.
Click on your desired Organisation to switch to it.
Note: You must be logged in to the account that has access to these multiple Organisations to switch between them.
