One of the most exciting features of Clever Logger is its ability to notify you when there is a power outage. This gives you an opportunity to find and rectify a fault or move stock before it is ruined.

To edit the gateway's alarm settings, open the gateway panel and click on Settings, then click on the View button for Offline Alarms.
Step 1 Icon

Enable Alarms switch

You can switch alarms off completely with this switch.

This may be useful if you know the gateway will be disconnected for an extended period.

Step 2 Icon

Delay

Sometimes, the power or internet connection may drop out for a short period. This may even be planned.  By default, Clever Logger ignores offline conditions for the first 15 minutes to allow for these minor disruptions. If the gateway is offline for longer than that, you will be notified.

However, you can set the delay to zero if you would like to notified immediately.

Notification Group

Decide who needs to be notified when this gateway goes offline.
