What's this all about?

If the Clever Logger app hasn’t been opened for more than 8 months, unfortunately we can no longer send you notifications.

What a pain! This is a limitation of the push notification service we use to get notifications from Clever Logger to your phone/tablet, and we have a number of measures in place to work around the issue for 90% of users, but some users will still be affected.

How to make sure that you continue to receive notifications

Simply opening the app will allow you to receive notifications for the next eight months, so it important that you open the app every now and then.

If you feel that you should be receiving notifications, but aren’t, opening the app might fix this.

If you receive an email from Clever Logger asking that you open the app on your phone/tablet, then please do so.

What if I've lost/sold/replaced my old phone/tablet?

If you’ve just received an email telling you to re-open the app, but you’ve lost/sold/replaced that device, then you can remove it from your account so you no longer receive this warning email.
