We can send your new logger to a laboratory to be tested. You will receive a certificate at the end of the process detailing the accuracy of the device.

Questions about replacing loggers
How do I swap the loggers over?
Clever Logger makes it easy to swap loggers in a location.
- Power on your new logger by pressing the power button for 5-6 seconds.
- In the Clever Logger dashboard, click on the location to be replaced
- Click on Advanced Settings link and choose Device Details
- Click on the Replace Device button.
- You should see the new logger’s ID. Click on it to select it.
What do I do with the old logger?
The old logger belongs to you so you can do whatever you like with it.
- You can dispose of it
- You can keep it as a spare or to use in another area
- You can return it to us for recycling
Is there a postage charge?
There is no charge for postage within Australia. The price includes shipping by regular mail, which normally takes between 3 and 7 days to Australian addresses.
