If you are storing temperature-sensitive items, such as medicine or food, there will almost certainly come a time when you need to produce a report for an inspector.
Clever Logger makes it a piece of cake.
Let’s run through the process for, as an example, a vaccine fridge after a power failure.

We can see that the power was out from about 5pm until about 9am.
So let’s create a report from a couple of hours on either side of those times.
Click on Reports in the menu.
Click on the Add Report button in the top right corner of the screen.

Click on the Create button in the Run Report Now panel

Click Create to select the Custom Report

Select All Readings as the report type. This will give us the 5‑minute data for our selected time period.

Select the logger.

Select PDF as the Report Type.

Give your report a name
Select the start date and time and end date and time. In this case, I have chosen to get data from a couple of hours before and after the breach.
Follow the instructions to send the report to one of your users, and/or download the report. Click the button below to see what the report looks like in real life.
